Time flies and years go by. On January 31, the 2025 Annual Gala of Xingqiao Plastics was warmly held at the cafeteria on the 4th floor of the company. All staff and distinguished guests g

athered together, taking the dinner as a bond, honoring achievements with awards, and enjoying joyful moments together. We reviewed the journey of hard work in the past year and jointly drew a new blueprint for the future.

 
Saying goodbye to the busy year of 2025, the most heartwarming moment was sitting aRound the table with our "family members" who fought side by side, sharing a joyful reunion dinner. Xingqiao Plastics carefully prepared a rich New Year’s Eve feast, with every dish full of delicious taste and sincere care. It not only carried the warmth of the end of the year, but also embodied the company’s gratitude and expectations for all employees. Everyone toasted, talked about the past, and looked forward to the future, feeling the joy of reunion and gaining a strong sense of happiness amid laughter.
 
Joy continued and surprises kept coming. During the dinner, the most anticipated lucky draw session was staged one after another. From consolation prizes, third prizes, second prizes, first prizes to the grand prize — Huawei Mate80 mobile phone, generous gifts were upgraded layer by layer and presented continuously. Cheers and applause broke out whenever guests announced the winners, and every winning name brought excitement and surprise. Winners stepped onto the stage with their tickets, wearing bright smiles, and the warm applause made this unexpected good luck the most touching scenery of the gala.
 
A grand gala pays tribute to perseverance; an honor witnesses growth. Between the lucky draw sessions, the annual award ceremony was grandly held, which was the best praise for the efforts of every Xingqiao staff. Employees who have worked for 2, 5 and 10 years took the stage in turn to receive exclusive anniversary red envelopes and honors. Among them, employees with more than 10 years of service were awarded the "Stand Together Through Thick and Thin Award" cash red envelope and trophy. Every honor carries the glory of years spent growing together with the company.
 
There is a kind of perseverance called "never leave or forsake", and a kind of companionship called "walk together all the way". We are grateful for their years of dedication, hard work and unchanging original intention. It is the perseverance and effort of every Xingqiao person that has made the company’s achievements today. This glory belongs to every striver!
 
Afterwards, wonderful employee talent shows were performed, including singing, dancing and other wonderful programs full of highlights and fun. Interesting interactive games were also arranged, with all staff participating and competing joyfully. Applause, laughter and cheers pushed the atmosphere to a climax, allowing everyone to release energy and enhance friendship in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
 
The year-end gathering is a ceremony to bid farewell to the past, and a prelude to moving toward the future. Looking back on 2025, we worked together, united as one and achieved fruitful results; looking forward to 2026, we will keep our original intention, stride forward bravely and chase the light.
